How it Works ​

Tickets provide a private channel for members to communicate with staff teams.

  • Panels: Create a reaction or button panel using -owner.
  • Instant Opening: Tickets open instantly with chat enabled for immediate communication.
  • Claiming: Staff can claim tickets using the Claim button to mark the ticket as being handled by a specific moderator.

Ticket Commands ​

  • -close: Closes the ticket and logs the transcript.
  • -claim: Assigns the ticket to the current moderator.
  • -rn [name]: Renames the ticket channel.
  • -add @user: Adds a user to the ticket.
  • -remove @user: Removes a user from the ticket.
