How it Works ​
Tickets provide a private channel for members to communicate with staff teams.
- Panels: Create a reaction or button panel using
-owner. - Instant Opening: Tickets open instantly with chat enabled for immediate communication.
- Claiming: Staff can claim tickets using the Claim button to mark the ticket as being handled by a specific moderator.
Ticket Commands ​
-close: Closes the ticket and logs the transcript.-claim: Assigns the ticket to the current moderator.-rn [name]: Renames the ticket channel.-add @user: Adds a user to the ticket.-remove @user: Removes a user from the ticket.
