Advanced role management system for staff teams.

Staff Commands

• -roles @user: Opens the role management UI for the targeted user.
  • Permission: Limited to Head Moderators and above.
  • Configuration: Owners can enable this and set custom roles using -owner.

The role system allows authorized staff members to add or remove pre-configured roles through a clean button interface. Commands can be used inside tickets without triggering "channel misuse" warnings.
