Users agree to utilize EstaBot for legitimate community management purposes. Prohibited actions include:

• Commercial exploitation or unauthorized resale of bot features.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to compromise system integrity.
• Utilizing the service for illegal activities or malicious disruption.
• Attempting to bypass established rate limits or security protocols.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user or server at our sole discretion.

3. Data Collection & Processing

To provide high-performance services, EstaBot processes limited data points, including:

• Server, User, and Channel Snowflakes (IDs).
• Command execution logs and interaction metadata.
• Content relevant to moderation actions (e.g., logged messages).
• Custom server-specific configurations.

This data is utilized exclusively for service operation, moderation accuracy, and system optimization.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
• Permanent availability of specific features or modules.
• Data persistence in the event of catastrophic failure.

Features are subject to modification or removal without prior notice.
